Invoicing & Collections
Once an engagement is secured our administrative team establishes a positive working relationship with the client’s accounting department. We establish suitable terms, preferred invoicing methods and ensure a smooth process for the client. We’ve remove all the obstacles that cause problems for the client. We validate time sheets, format invoices to their specifications, include the necessary documentation and hit all deadlines all in an effort to ensure an error free invoice. This ensures timely payments by the client. We pride ourselves by consistently having a better than industry standard payment terms from our clients. This means we get paid faster and can pay YOU faster.
Payables
Making sure the consultant is paid on time is critical to our on-going success. When a consultant doesn’t have to worry about whether or not their check will arrive allows them to focus on what they do best, delivery. We go to great lengths to ensure the subcontractors are paid on time. Because of our strong financial position, we are able to manage the time between being paid by the client and paying the subcontractor. We maintain open lines of communication with the subcontractor to ensure they are well taken care of. It is a primary reason why we are often times the preferred agent for many consultants…project after project….year after year.
